Q. Parts availability. If something needs to be replaced how long can I expect to wait?
LARO headquarters in Sydney Wetherill Park is stocked with every component of your bike. Many of us riders rely on our motorbike for day-to-day transport. Driving or catching public transport while your bike is out of action is never a good thing! We know this and that is why we usually ship parts out to your nearest dealer on the same day they are ordered. If you are having trouble getting in contact with you dealer you can always contact us direct for assistance and support.

Q. Are the LARO range of motorcycles and scooters classified as learner legal in all states and territories of Australia?
Other than Western Australia where maximum capacity is 250cc, all LARO motorcycles are LAMS approved in Australia, but even the most experienced riders can still enjoy LARO's range of bikes.

Q. Getting up to speed on the freeway, can the LARO Cruiser 250 handle it?
Sure it can. The liquid cool 250cc engine will accelerate smoothly and enthusiastically to a top speed of 120km/h. This is a full size motorcycle, so expect full size stability and reliable performance.

Q. Finding comprehensive insurance cover for LARO's range of motorcycles. Can you suggest some insurance companies?
We recommend - JLT Road bike Insurance, NRMA and QBE.

Q. How can I get my LARO bike to sound like a bigger bike?
Australian company Hitech Mufflers are offering big sound for a good price on a set of stainless steel pipes. These pipes will not void warranty as long as they have been installed by a licence professional motorcycle mechanic.

Q. Where is LARO manufactured?
China. LARO is designed, developed and patented by our manufacturing partners. Unlike many other Chinese manufacturers, our partners use over 70% of their own components in the manufacturing and assembly process. This is very important in contrast to other Chinese motorcycles which have their components sourced from many different factories across China which adversely impacts on quality
