Measure around the fullest part of the waist/stomach or right below your bottom ribs, whichever is greater.

This measurement should be taken along the lower section of the neck, below your Adams Apple and over your Sternal Notch

Make sure the tape is tight, that you are standing straight, and then measure from your waist line to just above your ankle bone.

With your arm bent at right-angle, measure from the end of your right arm to just before the wrist bone.

With arm bent at the elbow, measure around the fullest part of your forearm

Measure around the fullest part of the wrist.

Measure around the chest and body at its fullest part (typically right under the armpits and shoulder blades, right across the nipples).Hold the tape against the body tight enough so that it does not slip down, but not so tight that it restricts breathing. It should be “snug”.

Measure around the fullest part of the bicep with the arm bent at right angle.

With your arm bent, measure from the centre of your elbow to just before your wrist bone.

Measure around just above the ankle

Measure around the fullest part of the calf.

Measure from the end of the right shoulder to the end of the left shoulder. We define the “End of the Shoulder” as where the horizontal plane of the shoulder intersects the vertical plane of the arm

Measure from the base of the back of the neck to the top of your waist line.

Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.

Standing up straight, measure around the centre of the kneecap

Measure from the center of your kneecap to just above the ankle bone.

Measure from the lowest part of your crotch area to just above your ankle bone. Make sure the tape is tight along the inside of your leg, that you are standing straight, and then measure.

Take your thigh measurement 24cm above the centre of your kneecap. This should appoximately be the fullest part of your thigh

Measure from the the bottom of your sternal notch to the lowest part of the crotch area.

With your arm straight, measure from the end of the shoulder to just above the wrist bone.
